These Terms of Service apply to the In App Purchase: Unity Demo app (hereafter "Application") created by Qubit Tech Ltd (hereafter "Service Provider"). By using this Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a demo application for testing Unity In-App Purchases. All features, including in-app purchases, are for testing purposes only. No real money is charged.
You may use the App only for testing and demonstration purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
- All in-app purchases are sandbox/test purchases only.
- No real financial transactions occur.
- Purchases may include consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions solely for testing purposes.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
All content, graphics, and software in the App are the property of Qubit Tech Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. Qubit Tech Ltd is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App, including device issues, data loss, or test purchase errors.
The App is not intended for children under 13. Qubit Tech Ltd does not knowingly collect information from children.
Qubit Tech Ltd may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
