These Terms of Service apply to the Simple Blocks app (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by Qubit Tech Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or the minimum required legal age in your country to enter into this agreement.
Simple Blocks is a puzzle game designed for entertainment. The Service Provider may update, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to:
• Use the Application for unlawful activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application’s functionality
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the Application
• Engage in harmful behavior that could affect the Application or other users
The Application does not contain in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or advertisements. It is offered completely free for personal use.
Your use of the Application is governed by the Privacy Policy.
All content, graphics, design, and code in the Application are the property of Qubit Tech Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Application.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the Application is discontinued.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not guarantee performance, error-free operation, or suitability for any purpose.
Qubit Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the Application. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to zero, as the Application is free.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Tanzania.
